Privacy and data controls

Privacy Policy

Effective: November 6, 2026 · Application: Theme Page Business Distribution

This policy explains how the operator-managed Theme Page Business Distribution application handles information when an authorized channel owner connects YouTube through Google OAuth. The application uses YouTube API Services.

1. What we access

With the channel operator's authorization, the application requests the YouTube OAuth permissions youtube.readonly and youtube.upload. Depending on the action, it may access or process:

We do not ask for your Google password or collect Google sign-in credentials.

2. Why we use it

We use this information solely to authenticate the authorized channel, prepare content for that channel, upload videos when the operator directs us to do so, verify publication and processing status, and troubleshoot or audit the publishing workflow. We do not use YouTube account data for unrelated advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Storage and security

OAuth credentials and operational records are stored in access-controlled environments operated by Theme Page Business, such as a secured operator computer and, when deployed, restricted server-side storage. We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections for API requests. We do not publish credentials in the static website.

The public website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process standard technical request information for hosting, delivery and security. This static information site does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

4. Sharing and third-party services

YouTube data is shared with Google/YouTube only as necessary to make the requested YouTube API calls. Infrastructure providers may process data to deliver and secure the service under their applicable terms. Authorized operators may access records needed to manage their own channels. The application does not transfer YouTube authorized account data to unrelated social platforms.

Your use of Google and YouTube is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain credentials and operational data only while they are required for an authorized publishing workflow, security, reconciliation or legitimate recordkeeping. When authorization ends, we cease use of revoked credentials and remove associated authorized API data in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services policies. An authorized channel owner may request deletion of stored account-related data by contacting the address below.

6. Revoke access

You can revoke this application's access at any time using Google Account third-party connections or Google Security permissions. You may also contact us to request disconnection and deletion of associated authorized data. Revocation stops future authorized access; content already published to your channel remains subject to YouTube's controls unless you separately delete it there.

7. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy when our practices or integrations change. The effective date above identifies this version. Questions about privacy, OAuth access, or data deletion can be directed to moneystartercomail@gmail.com.
