Terms of Service
These terms describe the use of Theme Page Business Distribution, an internal system for authorized channel operators to prepare, upload and verify social content.
1. Authorized use
The application is designed for channels managed by Theme Page Business and their authorized operators. You must have permission to connect a channel and publish its content. Do not connect accounts or upload material you are not permitted to use.
2. YouTube terms
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, in addition to these terms. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. What the system does
The application can identify the YouTube channel that an operator authorizes, prepare upload metadata, upload videos to that channel when instructed, and read processing or publication results. Operators must review the selected destination, media rights, metadata and visibility before making content public. The system does not guarantee publication success, audience reach, or platform monetization.
4. Content and rights
Authorized operators remain responsible for the videos, graphics, audio, descriptions and other content they choose to upload, including necessary permissions, accuracy and compliance with platform rules.
5. Privacy and access controls
Our handling of connected-channel information is described in our Privacy Policy. An operator may revoke authorization through their Google account security settings and may request disconnection or deletion of authorized data.
6. Changes and availability
Features and platform API availability may change. We may update these terms to reflect changes in the application or applicable platform policies. The effective date above identifies this version.
